Food order is always correct and hot. Milkshakes so so good. They have the best fast food chicken nuggets. The Polynesian sauce is so good. Update: 5/29/21 This time around I had the fried chicken sandwich, waffle fries, and a strawberry milkshake. Everything was good. My wife tried to do curbside pick up through the app like we usual do but at the time we were there they turned it off. The drive through was busy but it didn't take to long to get through it. Hope you fix the curbside pick up issue we really like that feature.

Updated on 11/24/21. No more dine in service. Drive through is pretty quick unless you go at lunchtime, then it is very slow. A nice place to eat a spicy chicken sandwich. A friendly and fast serving staff. A little pricey for what you are getting. Best chicken sandwiches, Mac and cheese, and sweet tea.

Located off the main road but still not hard to find. Fresh food, and smiling faces. I stop by for breakfast pretty often and the drive thru and inside service seems to flow as a cohesive unit. The sweet tea here is horrible if you from the South but of course everything else is amazing.

Great fit for on the run lunch! I recommend the grilled chicken nuggets (12 with a variety of sauce packets) The light Lemonade is delicious.
If you get a meal, the price goes up, so the 2 above options work out perfectly for me

We went through the drive through and were told to wait in the parking lot because our food wasn't ready. After waiting for 15 minutes with no food, we went inside to see if they had forgotten our order. Mr. Kevin, the manager, was extremely apologetic and refunded the cost of our order. He got us our food and even increased the size of our drinks and fries. We were blown away by this incredible customer service, and will be coming back again soon. Thank you Mr. Kevin!

We ate at the new Chick-fil-a in Mooresville. It was crowded but it was new. We got our food in a timely manner and it was hot. I am a big Chic-fil-A fan they are always so clean and the food is always good.

We spilled our drink in the drive through line so parked to clean up. Unbeknownst to us the manager saw what happened and brought us a new drink and wet wipes to clean up the spill! AWESOME customer service: )

Just went here after a 12 hour night shift. The line was long but they got it moving fast. The lady who took my order was super friendly. And I had a quick conversation with Ron at the window while they made my breakfast burrito. He was so friendly and just made my day! Also my food was AMAZING. #RonDeservesARaise

Love this location. My boyfriend and I go here quite (at one point every week.. oops). The people are always so friendly, and a few of them started to recognize us when we would come in. We even saw one of the employees in Walmart and had a chat with her. The people there are always smiling and eager to get you whatever you need. Chickfila knows how to hire people!

Extremely slow sat in the drive thru line with only 1 car ahead of me for 10+ minutes. Breakfast burrito was soggy only able to eat only a portion of it and I only went back across the street.

It was very fast once I was able to get OK NB side. The traffic wraps around the building and it is so difficult to get in and out. As much as I like the minis I have to ask myself if it's really worth the hassle.

I typically love Chick Fil A but this location is extremely slow compared to others. And lately my order has not been correct. Last weekend, they forgot a sandwich and we were on our way to our son's baseball game. My husband had no breakfast that day. Slow and inaccurate...not a good combo.

This Chick-fil-A used to be really good...up until 3-4 months ago. The other day I went to get breakfast. I got to the drive-thru at 10:17 and there were only 3 cars in front of me before I could order. They were so slow that, by the time I arrived at the loudspeaker to order, it was 10:33am. They informed me that they were no longer doing breakfast because it was 3 mins past. Keep in mind, I was in line for 16 mins with only 3 cars ahead of me. Ridiculous!

This chick fill has left me disappointed the last few times I've been there.....from waiting in line for forever, pulling up to wait for a salad when I was the only one in line, and requesting to have regular grilled chicken instead of spicy chicken on my salad but then told I can't bc they are out of grilled chicken?? Then I request the market salad instead with no blue cheese and then was told I can't have a custom salad bc they don't have lettuce to make a new one without cheese???? What is this, Mcdonalds??? I used to love this chick fil a and it's so close to my house but now I will drive the extra 8 mins to the other one where I can go get food without any problems

They had the rear entrance blocked off with no signage from the street to warn you, causing a traffic jam on a single lane road. It made us have to turn around and drive back to the main road and re-enter at a different place. While I was the first of 4-5 cars when I entered I was LAST when we turned around. Then it took almost 25 minutes to get my food, and THEN they gave me some wrong items.
