My experience was absolutely amazing.the staff was amazing.very inviting atmosphere, great food.i actually accidentally left my debit card ,went back to the store immediately, they helped me out with that .they put my card up for me until I got there

Very friendly staff, I was greeting by the young lady preparing the food. As I was placing my order at the counter the 2 young ladies could hear what I was ordering and got started on my order. By the time I finished the transaction my order had been fulfilled it was awesome. Top notch service. (Didn't get their names but they were working around 6pm).

SHAINA & ZACK were EXCELLENT! I went to pick up my order and come to find out when I got there I had set it for the next day! They politely said “no worries, we will whip it right up for you”. I was so grateful because they were about to close and I’m sure they were already packed up to close shop. NOW THATS SERVICE. That sub was actually the BEST sub I’ve ever had at a Jimmy Johns-#9-ITALIAN and not just because they did me a favor, because they took the time to do it right. Good people. I’ll be back!

Well, its a Jimmy Johns sub, quality is the same as the other JJs loations... which is good. This particular one though, the young lady doing sandwich prep had the bag in my hand before I was even done paying... VERY quick and that's great!
