I was so excited when I first saw an Arby's being built across the street from me. I hate that Berewick is full of chains, but at least this one is my favorite fast food restaurant.
They sent us a coupon for a free sandwich, so of course we went and got way more than just a sandwich. We had plenty of coupons, so we paid $13 for our meal of 4 sandwiches and 2 fries.
We got the new 5 meat stack, a half pound beef and cheddar, a Reuben, a classic roast beef, and two small fries. In addition to our coupons, they have a happy hour that makes a small fry (and other items) $1 until 5pm.
Whenever I try new things, I still think a regular roast beef with a side of curly fries is the best thing to get (add horsey sauce if course). The 5 meat stack was pretty good. The Reuben wasn't bad, but didn't feel like what I come to Arby's for. The beef and cheddar is close enough to a regular roast beef that it's my next favorite. Unfortunately the fries were not very warm, but I guess that's fast food for you.
The service was nice here. We made our order really complicated with all of the coupons and changing our mind and they were accommodating. I think they're still training staff, but that's not an issue with me.
Overall, you know what Arby's is. I thought this one was better than some as far as the non-food areas go.
I actually liked this location. Nice and quiet meal. Even the staff came and checked on me. Food was delicious. Plenty of roast beef on my sandwich. I will be back.
This is day 2 now. August 15, 2022 and I am happy to announce that it wasn’t a fluke. This location cares about their customers. The food is great yet again. Customer service was great again. Thank you guys and gals for making my second visit just as great as my first. I’m about to grab another roast beef sandwich. Yum.
A nice change from the regular fast food fodder, a broad spectrum of food choices. From burgers to Gyros and even chicken tenders & fish sandwich Arby's has a little of everything.
Service is sometimes a little slow but the food is cooked to order and the staff are always b plesant.
Atmosphere can't be a bit stale with a strange assortment of piped music randomly played at most locations.
Definitely a valued alternative to the Chicken & burger chains.
Usually I dont rate fast food places. As the experience will never be the same twice but I had such a good experience here. Food was fresh, and staff was really friendly. Top it all off with a brand new building.
Always friendly and fast service at this Arby's. It's my favorite fast food place to go. I like their chicken sandwiches and the crinkle fries.
The lady raking orders was extremely patient and offered us complimentary water. It was very nice to speak with someone who cared about their job.
The cashier had a lot of trouble taking the order. Food was very good and fast.
Ms. Vicky in the drive through was very nice. Although it took the food forever and it wasn't what I ordered, her customer service made up for it 10x more. I really hope her manager knows that she is the epitome of what fast food customer service is!
Hands down best customer service and food at this Arby’s!! Please don’t ever rid of the ladies there that worked today
The 5 for 5 is back for a limited time and it was as good as it was 25+ years ago
