Well rounded bbq spot just outside downtown Charlotte. Most sides are shareable so order a couple for your table. Noble Smoke is more upscale than your average smokehouse with a restaurant vibe than a pickup and go place. Plenty of whiskies to try along with a well thought out cocktail menu. You could come here and just enjoy sports on the TV and drinks without ever ordering food. I don’t know why you would do that but you could!
First time there. Service was quick and friendly. The pimento and cheese was sharp. Didn’t overly enjoy the bread that came with it but was just a personal preference. Everything is a La cart. The sides are large enough for two people to easily share. I got the 1/4 turkey, hush puppies, green beans and corn. And my husband got the brisket and sausage. We had enough to take home for dinner. Drew was our waiter and very knowledgeable and friendly. It was a bit cold so maybe bring a sweater but would definitely eat there again.
Great bbq and brisket experience in Charlotte area! The brisket is already moist, juicy and flavorful, you don’t even need any sauce to devour it with! The sides are also a must, especially the Brussels sprouts and succotash!
This place is really nice. It’s very expensive. For me it’s worth it. I had 1/4 lbs of brisket, chicken, 8 wings and two beers. 70 $ with tip. The food is served al a cart. It was cooked perfectly. What set this place over the top was the bartender Kevin. I told him what I drink and he picked the perfect beer for me. Almost all bartenders screw this up. The serve what they think the customer should be drinking NOT what the customer really wants. But there is more.
When I went to take a picture of the smokers, they gave me the grand tour. It was truly a great restaurant experience.
The ribs are tasty along with the mac and cheese. They offer three sauces, sweet, vinegar and tomato base. I tried all of them.
My server, Tyler was on point with service. I met Dorothy and the manager as well. I always say, seeing the manager who asks you, how is your meal is always a plus.

As a Texan BBQ native, I entered Noble Smoke a little skeptical but exited completely satisfied. It’s hard to say what is better here - the NC pork bbq, the true southern sides or the friendly staff. Chopped pork & succotash are a MUST but the hush puppies, Brussels sprouts & Mac n cheese cannot be ignored. Our server gave us a complimentary banana pudding that left us overstuffed & overjoyed. We will definitely tell our fellow Texans to stop by Noble Smoke the next time they’re in NC!

I have eaten BBQ all over the country. This place was overall one of the top places I have been. Normally, each place has something that stands out. Everything at this place was outstanding! The brisket was done perfect, the burnt ends melted in your mouth. The collar greens, coleslaws, and everything was right on point. Now let's talk about the service. We came in late, and sat at the bar. We were greeted right off and by friendly staff and we were offered drinks by one of the bartenders who was cleaning and not even going to be ours. Our bartender, Otter, came over and brought our drinks. He walked us through the menu, and even went back to check on a special request I had. He was awesome! Customer service at its best! Eric the manager stopped by at the end of our meal and offered to give us a tour of the smokers. Having been around BBQ competitions and commercial kitchens, all I can say is WOW. Their setup is amazing and it was spotless which is hard to maintain, especially in a smoke room. Hats off to this place, they really have it going on!!!! Sorry no photo of food, just empty plates as they should be....
Trent was our Awesome server. We had several appetizers and entrees...food sharing was going on. The smoked food was on point. I will be back! Plenty of parking.
Good vibes in the outdoor patio, it was a bit busy for a Tuesday night. The fried broccoli was amazing, light and crispy - went well with the sauces. The brisket and the ribs were good, but on the drier side and not as juicy as I'd hoped but they tasted great with the sauces. The soccatash was surprisingly excellent and the beers were refreshing. The hand pie was lemon meringue which was satisfying and not overly sweet but fluffy and light.
I wish I could give this place more stars! I am depressed knowing that this place exists in North Carolina and not in my home state, Arizona. Everything from the food to the service was exceptional. My favorite part of the experience was how attentive the manager was. He brought us our check and when he found out it was my birthday. Soon, he gave me some free banana bread pudding. I legitimately cried tears of joy while trying it. By far the best barbecue experience I've ever had in my life and I don't think it will ever be topped.
