Tried this restaurant for the first time and my taste buds were pleasantly surprised lol. The food was very fresh and flavorful. The Cobb salad is thee best! The veggies and chicken were all fresh and the pickled red onions and corn gave it a very robust taste. I highly recommend trying this spot for your next salad
I had never tried Chopt before and was pretty excited to see what all the fuss was about. It was pretty cool to see your salad being made right in front of you! The sourdough bread slice was the most perfect touch and was so so good. The salad tasted really good too, I wish there was just a tad more cheese in it but I guess that would be on me for not asking for more. I will say that it realllyyyy upset my stomach about an hour after eating it.
It's was a very refreshing salad that made me very happy for what I had chosen. The combination of the toppings had me floored. Plus, I was able to taste test the dressing before I made my choice.
The person preparing my sald made sure it was done well and well coated in dressing.
This particular Chopt location is quite nice. It has a great open and fresh feel inside and is a good size. There is plenty of seating inside, and a few tables outside.
The staff were alright, not overly friendly or patient, or welcoming for that matter. The cashier seemed nice enough, though wouldn't you if taking money from someone?
The food was typical Chopt. Great fresh food, and delicious salads. As with all Chopt locations, pretty overpriced for a salad, but always enjoy so shouldn't complain too much.
Plenty of parking out front, though not that easy to spot from surrounding main roads --it's buried in the Park Road shopping plaza.
I personally loved it. My wife not so much but I think she just picked a salad with toppings she didn't like vs creating a custom salad like I did. I love a place that just specializes in salads and keeps fresh ingredients available
I love this place, I could eat here 4 or 5 times a week. Great service, fast moving line and everyone is always very nice and helpful. It is a fun atmosphere and love seeing people smile.

You choose salad, then toppings and then it's all Chopt! So cool! Great experience, great salad options...so busy in here though...it's crazy really...all the chopping, the long lines, the people! It's a mad house for salad lovers! I don't know how the workers keep track of everything that's going on. I felt dizzy when I finally got out of there, but I'm ready to brave it again! The salad was great and worth it for me to enter this place again. Friendly staff, fast service...well as fast as they can given the amount of people that are in here at peak times. Great options for toppings and many great flavors for the salad dressings.
Really different and unique salad experience! I had the steak something and then the Nashville chicken ceasar. Both were very different, both were very good! Please account for the wait if you come during peak times, especially during lunch, it will not be a fast turnaround, but worth the wait! There are so many options to choose from, there is definitely some combination you will be in love with and will want to come back for more! Shout out to the cutie who Chopt my salad for me! 😉
Side note: handicapped parking nearby, and accessible entrance and seating available!
This is my absolutely favorite lunch spot in Charlotte. You get a healthy and fresh meal at a fair price. I recommend the Palm Beach Salad with grilled chicken and Mexican Goddess dressing. It gives you a little spice with everything nice!

Salad was phenomenal and the customer service was remarkable. Just seem like it was a small restaurant, but still 5 star 🌟 quality
I frequent Chopt at least once a week and the food + service is always incredible. Babatunde is the besttt and always very friendly.
