Oh, my! I'm a former McDonald's employee myself, so I tend to be pretty forgiving as I know this is not an easy job, but this is one store that needs some serious help. My first clue was when I heard the manager tell the cashier "three quarters are 75 cents"! At that point I decided to only get some iced tea because it is tough to mess that up, but then there was no ice in either dispenser, and someone else said the sodas were "flat". And then I used the restroom and wished I had not because the floor was very sticky. McD's, I still like you, but I'm not coming back to this location.

My order is always slightly wrong in this particular branch of McDonald's. I would avoid it but it is one of the only options available through DoorDash where I work so early in the morning. Today they were out of Frappe's so I chose an iced coffee once I was made aware of the situation. I was still charged for a Frappe at full price though. Also, my hash brown was left out of my combo order. I know times are rough and businesses are short staffed, but get it together folks.

Service is always extremely slow there. However, Stu, was able to let me order a hot fudge sundae. Anyone who knows about McDonald's and their ice cream / milkshake making machines, knows they're always down. Especially after 10:00 p.m. when they usually take the machines down to clean them. So thank you Stu.

This McDonald's is only afloat because it is right next to the State Capitol, office to thousands of state employees and . The morning rush especially is slow. They don't have enough employees at any given time and they are one of the busiest McDonald's in the state-- in close proximity to the State Capitol, Laidley Field, CAMC General and the East End neighborhood. The owner should be ashamed of themselves for not paying better attention to this property and hiring competent managers. This isn't the employees fault and I never take it out on them when I do try to stop there.
