Pizza Hut

Ordered a pizza online. Ordered it on preorder so the pizza should be done around lunch. 7 hours since that order passed. They called once, let it ring once and never bothered to contact me again. I try to call them back and was w Redirected to a call center. Finally I connect after a waiting and trying for 7 hours all to see what is happening. They said they voided the order because they have no drivers. They never made no decent attempt to tell me. Dont order from this place.

I'm staying in a hotel in S.C. for work (I'm from Michigan) so I don't have a kitchen. Fast food gets old real quick and sometimes I just don't feel like going out. I've ordered from here twice in one week! I ordered online, quick and easy and the delivery time was excellent even with rush hour traffic. Also the drivers are polite and friendly. Thanks!

I ordered my pizza online got the confirmation that my order was received and the time my order would be delivered. The order was not delivered at the time stated. I waited 15 mins after the time stated for delivery and got some lady who apparently got my order mixed up she placed me on hold and never came back. Called back because I received a text stating that my order was being delivered. Called back because at this time my lunch break is over. The girl hung up on me. Called back asked for a manager got placed on hold and no one ever came back. Then the sweet delivery driver shows up unaware of what is going on. The only reason I gave 1 star is so I can do the review. I WOULD NEVER ORDER FROM THIS PIZZA HUT AGAIN. AND NO IT'S NOT THE COMPUTER SYSTEM BECAUSE I ALWAYS ORDER ONLINE. ITS THE PEOPLE AT THIS LOCATION.

Ordered dinner my 4 yr old was so happy to be getting pizza.It had been 50 min no delievery so I called and they cancelled my order without notice.This makes the 3rd time due to no drivers in a 3 month range wow !!! Hire some workers.And they even have a bike that the company bought but they are lazy. This will be my last time dealing with pizza hut because they are rude thankfully papa johns is prompt and friendly.

I sent in a pickup order online that needed to be changed to delivery, so I immediately called after submitting the order. No problem, they took the address, charged me the delivery fee, and said it would be an hour. An hour and a half later, no pizza. I called, and the lady who answered said they forgot to make it and send it out. She refunded me for the order (I appreciate that) and said they would remake just the pizza and send it out no charge. It took over an hour and a half for that pizza to arrive. So 3+ hours for 1/2 of my order to show up. *in addition - the remade pizza came as only cheese (not the original order) and was completely cold.

Ordered carry out and then had to wait and never got talked to or even noticed at the counter. Waited for 30 minutes and they never acknowledged my existence despite several glances in our direction. I would not recommend getting pizza from here. Left without ever getting my pizza or anything. Luckily was planning to pay with cash in person so it was only a massive waste of my time and not my money.
