Such friendly staff. Good prices. Delicious food! I got the ham sandwich and the bread was fresh! My husband and son got pizza slices. My two year old ate the whole thing without a complaint and my husband wanted seconds.

My favorite pizza in Charleston. Love their NY style crust, has just the right amount of thickness and is always firm and has a great fold. Sauce is savory and is not sweet like some other pizza places. Always a great experience ordering from here!

Grazianos is fantastic, this Location, however, IS NOT! The hostess , I assume is hearing impaired, because she yelled at everyone, including customers. The food is not even comparable to the south Charleston Location. I've been a customer of Grazianos since they were located at the mall decade's ago, seriously disappointed in this location, it gives the restaurant a bad name.

I do delivery for doordash and there was a wait for my delivery which is okay and because of this I decided to ask if I may be able to get some of their ready-made food to take with me because I hadn't eaten this evening but was entirely ignored so I guess my money's no good here

Ok. I had their pizza and wanted to try their lasagna and I finally had a change to go back and all I can say is great food at a great price. I paid about $12 for all of this... I know right!! Well come try it.

I'm sure the pizza is good but this review is based on customer service. There is one employee in particular, a short haired middle aged blonde woman. I pick up as a delivery driver quite often. I represent their customers when I am there and repeatedly get ignored or treated rudely by her. And only her. I pick up from dozens of local restaurants and never get treated this way. I can understand someone having a bad day, but this has been consistent. It makes me not want to accept orders from this restaurant. I'll have to start informing my customers of this treatment, since she is in effect treating them this rudely.
