Jack's

They have great food and friendly staff. They have decent order accuracy unless you order ice coffee in the morning hours. They get my ice coffee wrong more often than not. I'm sure the ice coffee must be the most complicated thing on the menu due to the amount of time it is served incorrectly. I am not sure but I think a simple task such as putting ice, flavored syrup, and coffee into a cup could be performed by the most basically of trained orangutans.

This Jack's is the nastiest Jack's I have ever been to. Tried this location three times. Never again. Our grandson always wants to go to Jack's for breakfast, so we've been to several..when we was there Sunday it was terrible. The floor was filthy. The lady cleaning used the same dirty rag, never rinsing or changing the water to wipe the trays, tables, even around the trash can. After watching this, we took our food, which was cold and threw it in the trash and left. A customer complained about how nasty everything was, but the manager didn't do anything about it. The manager needs fired and the health department needs to shut it down. DISGUSTING

Food is amazing here, I feel like they put more love in their food than most other fastfood places. The people who work the drive thru are hilarious and entertaining. If your order is wrong at all, they make it right. The milk shake machine has worked both times I have ordered a milkshake. 💙 There is a small kids menu and they don't have chocolate milk, but they have regular milk. I get the Big Bacon combo from there and it definitely is satisfying! They have coffee/frappes, a variety of cokes, white milk, and milk shakes that I can remember as drink options. Burgers, chicken and fries are found here. You can also get a country fried stake meal here.

This place is the best fast food restraint I've ever eaten at. Everyone was very friendly! I felt like I was at home enjoying my own cooking, at dinner and breakfast the next morning. Food is excellent. The bone in chicken was very meaty n juicy. Stopped in twice for milk shakes. They could have been a lil thicker, but they were still good. Price was reasonable. Actually very good for the quality of the food n service. I do recommend Jack's to everyone who visits Centre, Alabama. I know I'll be visiting them again soon. ☆☆☆☆☆

I'm tired of going here with my family and asking for simple things and they always mess up. They shove food in tint bags. I asked for honey mustard at the window and they still did not give it to me and had the audacity to give me one yes one napkin What am I gonna do with one napkin. Every morning my father goes and gets breakfast the same think everyday and still gets it wrong . They need to shut down center jacks or get completely new staff. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS JACKS.

They have a pretty good breakfast, biscuits, sandwiches, the only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because the floor was slick as ice. My wife and I walked in the door and thank God for the wall or we'd both landed flat of our back. I'm not sure what they mop the floors in but it's slick. Be careful walking into this place. Hopefully no one will get badly hurt.
