Taco Bell

Didn't get all of my order and didn't realize until we had made it home. I called and told them so they told me to come back by drive-thru and they would fix it. I didn't receive a receipt when I paid. When I returned they told me there was nothing they could do tonight that I would have to talk to the gm tomorrow. I paid 43.62 cash money correct change. I understand they are short staffed but I didn't receive 6 burritos total. Made a trip tonight for nothing after being told to come back.

Absolutely horrible. Website says it's closed and we sat in line at the intercom waiting for service no one answered until we called by phone and then they told us they had stuff that they did not. And they can't even add up the total on a machine that does it for them. they also don't know how to work their headsets because I couldn't answer us and a car in front of us had a complain about it too. Very hateful and rude didn't have any manners towards the customers. At 11:00 on June 18th 2022. Worst service we have ever had by any fast food restaurant or any restaurant.

Never been so disappointed. When first walked in no one even acknowledged we was there for about 5 minutes even tho one walked by like 5 times. The chicken in the chicken taco was burnt and so hard you couldn't even bite it. The chalupa shells were hard and dried out like they'd been out for 3 or 4 days.

Typical same ole same from TB in Centre AL! When we order 15-20 things they are NEVER as we ordered! No sour cream doesn't mean EXTRA sour cream! No chipotle on CHX melts because our 6 year old daughter can't eat Spicy 🔥! We have 5 fast food restaurants ( pretty much) so we eat at all of them 3-4 times a month! Eventually calling to complain gets OLD QUICK! Manager, "We'll put your name on the list" !! They actually have a list of people because of SOOO many screw ups! WOW 😳😳!! What do you do?? Drive 45 minutes in any direction and hope it's not wrong AGAIN! I GET IT. MISTAKES HAPPEN! But pretty much EVERY TIME GETS OLD! LOVE HOW YOU TAKE CARE OF YOUR CUSTOMER'S! Free Taco next time you come back! BE SURE TO CALL AND HAVE YOUR NAME PUT ON THE LIST PEOPLE!!! LOL!! WHAT A JOKE!!!
