Great service and the young man taking our order was great! More importantly they treated people with kindness. My family stopped in for dinner on 7/6/22 and we witnessed a tender act of kindness by those working there. There was a young homeless man who came in the restaurant he was offered a free drink when he came to the counter. He had a hard time asking if there was anything he could do to earn a meal and the employee he asked couldn’t quite understand what he was asking. I noticed what was going on and offered him some of our food to eat. They then understood what he was asking and they offered him a chance to help take some of the trash out to the dumpster and he took the opportunity to help out. Not sure how it ended but they showed compassion and that’s good in my book.

It's always a gamble going to KFC / A&W,, this time the food was spot on made the exact way I asked, and it was extremely good! In the past it's been a gamble to go there because you're not sure how they're going to make your burger, sometimes the makers get it right,, usually they don't! I always ask for crispy bacon no cheese no pickle no lettuce, and sometimes when I get the burger, it has everything I didn't want, and soft undercooked bacon on it! I'll keep going back if its made the way I want! Keep it up A&W!!

This sorry excuse for a fast food resteraunt has by far the longest wait times of any place in town. Especially for doordash. I've had them straight up lie to my face and tell me the food wasn't ready at the drive thru when I could see the bag of food ready to go and I had to go inside for them to hand me the bag. I've seen them blatantly make new orders before mine, and stood there for 10 minutes without one person saying one word to me.
