I ordered 2 nacho fries when I received my order both bags were barely half full. One had 7 one had 5 fries no joke. Took it back to get them replaced and the lady says yes that's how it comes. She asked if I would like them replaced so she takes them back throws them back in the fryer as I stand there watching and then reserves them to me. I asked for a refund. They have messed up my order a few times and it was whatever but this is just ridiculous

This place has repeatedly gotten our order wrong. They never answer the phone and the general manager promised to remedy our last failed order but didn't acknowledge it when we came back. Absolutely 😡 I'll tell anyone and everyone stay away absolutely horrible

paid for a cup of sour cream with barely anything in it, not the first time that it’s happened either. I understand your busy but give me what I pay for. and the button easy cheese means easy cheese Idk who can’t comprehend that for $15 an hour

I ordered a crunch wrap supreme (had probably 1tsp of meat in one Lil area) a cheese quesadilla and (which was cold) the burrito box was correct but when I try calling to tell them bout this I can't get an answer..poor quality of food is what I say

I just left this place 10 minutes ago it’s the first day of spring 2022 whoever is in there cooking right now deserves a promotion my food was amazing..

Employees were extremely friendly and the order was actually correct which is rare this day and age.

It was great. I rarely have issues with them. When I do have an issue they are polite and correct it.

Usually good when the manager is there, but when not there the service is poor.
Today there was a car at the window, one at the speaker, one behind him, then me. The car at the speaker takes a long time then pulls around. The guy ahead of me pulls up, talks to the worker, then pulls away. I pull up and am told that they can't take orders because "a problem inside". I leave and drive past two cars that are waiting for their orders.
This, by the way, is not the first time that this has happened.
