Mcdonald's

Always clean inside, modernized decor, and it's close to the outlet shopping which is nice. I've been here many times, and never disappointed especially since they opened the dining room back up. I am a little concerned that there seems to be some patrons, every time I come here, that don't follow the directions on the door to mask up. I wish there was some enforcement of this, so that we are all following CDC guidance and Washington State mandate.

Had the worst experience at a fast food place in my life today. All I ordered was one large hot coffee, when I reached the window to pay the girl behind it was cussing extremely loudly. I got to the second window, where they told me to pull forward to wait. Normally I wouldn’t mind waiting, however they had me and the three cars behind me pull forward to wait for our stuff. I waited 25 minutes for one hot coffee. I figured I was going to be late for class so I went inside and asked about the wait. The manager(?) was extremely disrespectful and unprofessional, not one singular worker was doing anything when I worked in. Every single one of them was just standing behind the counter as if they didn’t have 4 cars waiting for their food and a line out to the road. As I left to go wait in my car I noticed the disgusting amount of dead roaches and flies that were piled next to the front door. Finally I got my coffee and it was not stirred, and half empty. If you told me everybody working in that Mcdonald's walked in for the first time that day I would believe you. Never go to this McDonald’s, I promise you the 5 minute drive to the other one across town will provide you better food and better service. To give this establishment even one star is generous.

Great service, kinda slow for fast food and their burger tasted kinda funny but I think it was another condiment that I didn't get, it wasn't bad or anything. They did forget to ask me what sauce for the chicken nuggets and forgot to even give anything but really nice when I went back for it. Lady at the first window seemed to be ready to get off the clock but she was still very nice.

This review is only about Paulo. i love this store but Paulo? My god I can’t stand him. i had 2 hot fudge Sundaes that I forgot to grab in the drive thru. i walk in with the full order and explain to him the situation ( receipt wasn’t giving to me at first window and when it should’ve been but that’s okay) he replied with a snarky “ Not going to work for me bud” and did not give us our sundaes we payed for after we asked him multiple times. this ruined my day. Then a very nice women named Eliot came by and helped us and re made our sundaes. something Paulo could never do. Customer service was terrible Paulo ruined my day. When I see him there I can never stop thinking about how bad he treated me as a customer and how he didn’t even care to check for our sundaes. This happens a few weeks back
