I am usually happy with the service at the Centralia, MO location. Tonight we went to pick up some dinner and they said they was out of chopped chicken for the Chicken Bacon Ranch sub. I was wondering why they couldn't cut up a couple chicken breast to make my sub. The lady told me that she could cut up a couple but she would have to charge me extra. I simple told her no because I shouldn't be charged extra. So tonight only my kids go subs.

Never make our order correctly. At night, there is no lighting outside so the public has no idea if they’re actually open or not.

What’s the point of the drive thru pickup window? Ordered sandwiches on line gave them an extra 29 minutes still not made. Nor would they answer the window so I had to go inside the store. This in the past was a great place to eat. Any more it’s poorly managed and never enough employees working. Or they are closing way early.
