I called twice just to ask a simple question on my delivery order (because the app doesn't give me the option I need/want) and none answered rang 3 min on all three of the calls. That's just not good customer service. Still no answer.

Always good food here. Cant go wrong of you need a quick meal thats pretty decent on your wallet and stomach.

Friendly staff, pretty quick but it was after the lunch rush. I was amazed that even how slow they were the place was a mess. My tacos were ice cold when I got back to work, not even 5 min away. Chipotle is usually excellent but this one made me wonder about food safety and cleanliness. My quesadilla was warm and delicious but who knows how my commode will like the tacos.....

The 3 women on the line were all very rude. They seem to be angry or having a long day. And rushed us to get our food made. I was also very rudely corrected after mispronouncing a menu food.
My burrito was also not wrapped properly and all fell apart after 1 bite.
The waters that claim to be fresh all have a white residue and black spots floating.

This is one of those locations where they barely give you any meat. Eating my burrito and all I’ve had is rice and lettuce so far. They give you the smallest amount on each thing which is annoying considering you’re paying $8+ for it. I wouldn’t do an online order, they’ll probably barely give you any food. If you have time go down to the location at cornerstar. They’re much better

The amount of food you get for right around $10 is amazing! Bang for the buck thats for sure. The people working there are great. Friendly and they make you feel at home the moment you walk in.

I would rate this as a zero. I am a very patient person and a very understanding person.
However, not anymore. We’ve put 5 complaints in after spending $50 plus on our order. Never had a problem in years! For some reason something changed there since July 2020 that nobody does our order right, EVER!!
We social distance and use delivery service, with the added cost to lesson interaction. At 8pm when we order your not doing your usual dinner rush either. Worked in restaurant too long to accept any excuse.
The last 5 orders we have the sauces flip flopped in our burritos. No chips, even though we paid for them, and or no sauces at all, or no steak that we paid for.
We order with plenty of time to catch these reoccurring issues and every time we call the manager always responds with “We are about to close call corporate!” OR “We have new employees”!
Not a good enough excuse anymore. Train them, or take responsibility as the manager. It’s on you at the end of the day to make sure people are getting what they paid for. If you have repeat issues at the expense of the public, fix them. Money is not anything to be wasted, nor is it ok to take someone’s money and not give them what they paid for. Would any of you there would like someone to just take your money and not care about making it right? No you wouldn’t.
JUST AWFUL! NOT OK ANYMORE!
