I don't recommend this chipotle at all. I've gone here about 5 times and everytime there is something wrong with the rice. Someone please get them a new rice cooker or give them the correct process. The most recent time I went was a few hours ago and the girl attending me had horrible service. Anything i asked for seemed like a drag, she kept huffing and puffing as if I was asking her to walk a mile to scoop each ingredient. Unfortunately, I didn't play close enough attention before I left and I got charged for 2 steak bowls when I had actually ordered 3 chicken bowls and one steak burrito. Will not be returning. I have given them more than a fair chance and they keep disappointing every time. But please, someone fix their rice!

Unfortunately this Chipotle has gone WAY down hill. They have lost a loyal customer. Not the first bad experience here, but this was definitely the worst. Online order at 6:15, with a 6:30 pickup. Went in at 6:30, waited literally for an hour, and when we finally received our food, and took it home, completely terrible. Brisket burned, zero rice, bowls completely wrong. Photo attached of what was in the bowls. Terrible!!

average quality for a chipotle. the biggest issue is they continue to do online orders on the main line instead of in the back at their actual online spot. most locations are like this. been standing here for 10 mins and the person at the front is still in thr same spot. instead of saying sorry maybe Hire some people to work online orders in the online order area. doing a 15 item order when the line is wrapped around past the door is unacceptable.

I could have sworn I ordered a salad.... There was no lettuce in this at all and the lettuce that was in there was wilted and gross. Probably won't be coming back.

About 8 minutes late on scheduled ready time ... but ... a Friday night with a long line waiting to order, so glad I ordered online and an 8 minute wait not intolerable. In fairness the crew was hopping and doing their best and everyone is under staffed. But Chipotle should look at promised time and when it's missed give a bag of chips or guacamole for the inconvenience. Food was very good.

Zero stars were not an option. The managers attitude is a direct reflection of the service.
Food was disgusting, red sauce all over the container, my wife's car, my kitchen counter.
Food to go should be in containers capable of containing the food. Open pockets in a cardboard container will spill all over the the order.
Cashier told my wife she would have to wait to talk to the manager, good thing I was not there!
Take your money and flush it down the toilet, your time will be better spent.

This is consistently the worst Chipotle we eat at. Either the rice is undercooked, they're out of salad dressing, they ran out of a certain protein, don't have any more corn salsa, etc. Usually we are met with attitude and poor customer service as well. We love Chipotle but this location has ruined our experience way too many times...

Terrible experience! Literally just went and wasn't busy, but the cashier (Zachary) and other worker (short blonde girl) were too busy talking to help out. Only 1 worker was actually doing anything. We get to the front and the short blonde girl doesn't acknowledge us, but proceeds to make a very packed full burrito for herself. So we wait 5 minutes for her, once she's done, then another employee assists us. They were completely out of everything (no fajitas, no other meat besides chicken, no sour cream). We get our food, but its practically nothing. Like the smallest burritos I've ever seen, nothing like the one the employee made herself. Overall, terrible and not worth the money at all!!
