Buffalo Wild Wings Casper

Finally got around to going to the BWW here in Casper and really had a great time. Aaron the server was awesome and took the time to show the company I was with all of the gluten free options. He could have easily just rattled off some stuff off the top of his head but he took the time to get the nutritional fact sheet and show all of the different options. Really great service. My wings and street tacos were great. Glad they had Big Wave too!!

Have always dined in and have always had good food and service. We were staying at a hotel last night so we decided to order take out. Our food was less than appetizing. Our wings were a little soggy, our fries had definitely been sitting for a while, and one of the burgers had a hair in it. The brisket tacos were not good and we weren't given any option for any condiments, which we assumed we'd at least get ketchup for the burgers. Very disappointed in the food as we spent $60 and had to pay a restaurant tip fee since we ordered online. Wouldn't recommend take out from them!

Servers weren't paying us much attention regardless of there being little to no people there. They didn't bring the correct drinks, they didn't bring us the correct food. We had to wait for our friends order to be re-fired due to them getting it completely wrong. We tried the Queso dip and it was not good at all. They need to improve all around. (Staff was friendly but was very aloof and we weren't sure she was actually listening to everything that we were saying.)

Wings and bacon burger were delicious and served hot; the only problem is we were told after we placed our order that our food would come out as it was prepared. In other words, no one working in the kitchen knew how to properly manage food prep in order to ensure that my spouse would not be finished with his burger before my wings even arrived on the table... which is exactly how it turned out. We've eaten at other BWW but have never had this happen, especially not intentionally!

Huge shout out to buffalo wild wings! Have not been in for a while but now I am gonna make this my usual lunch stop. Perfect service and food. Probably the best wings I have had in a long time not just in flavor but also in size. Had to take the other half to go! My server was Emily and she was on point!
