My family & I ended up eating here late at night while traveling the states. When we walked in let me tell you the smell of smoke is the first thing to hit you. We thought maybe some one lit a cigarette on the way out or something plus the kids were hungry and it is open 24 hours. As the waiter greeted us he asked if we wanted to sit in the smoke area or none smoke area ( my husband & I where shook lol) obviously we sat in the none smoking area & ofcourse we asked about the smoking!! So yes this is one of the only places I believe you can still choose to smoke in the building (pretty cool) even better they go out of their way to also make it family friendly. We would've never stopped here with the kids had we known it was a place you can smoke at but the fact that we did and they accommodated us was fantastic plus the waiter (wish I would've got his name) was very professional & kind making us feel comfortable. I read the bad reviews after ordering our food and thought ok this is probably going to end bad but it only got better the food was delicious we all had no complaints & the waiter was supper attentive to our table. Over all this was an unexpected experience we were happy we got to experience. Also the prices are very reasonable.

Not a bad place to eat. Good food friendly service...YES people smoke inside the building here!! So yes it smells like cigarette smoke. Remember the 60's, 70's and 80's when that was normal. Before all the rules. Come in and relax....everyone, smoker or not!!

I tried this place again after a long layoff. They are non smoking now so I thought it was time to give them another try. I had the Chicken fried steak and it was good. Came back the next day and tried the steak and eggs, $18.85 for a 6 oz. piece of tough sirloin just wasn't worth it. I suggest ordering just the basics, stay away from the steak and/or the pork chops.

I like to come here every so often with my kids. We always sit in the back corner booth non smoking. The servers are always friendly and attentive. I think the atmosphere is great! We usually go in during the day, but they are open 24/7. The food is good also í never have any complaints there.

This dive pulled together better than expected. We showed up 12 deep and hungry and the huge amounts of food arrived faster than our salads went down I'm impressed. And seeing how it was our servers last day, he rocked it till the end. The food was great I was not unimpressed

Looking for a simple place to eat, we found this restaurant...walking up we were very surprised to see it was a "smoker friendly" place (I haven't seen a restaurant that allowed smoking in over 25 years) The smoking half was busy, the non smoking not, but only 1 gal serving (she was great) so service was a bit slow...though she kept the coffee cup topped up! The menu was ok, the food was good. Nothing fancy here, but popular with the locals.

Each and every person that gave this place any kind of a positive rating needs to re-evaluate your definition of good. This dive smelled like toilet sanitizing cakes reminiscent of dirty gas station restrooms. Speaking of disgusting toilets, there was no soap in the restroom... let me make this perfectly clear, they were not out of soap at all... there just wasn't ever a place for soap. We should have walked out at this point and not even sat in the “non-smoking” booth. However, due to the reviews below we continue with our “Twilight Zone” adventure. Deep down we hoped the food would make it all worthwhile. There is a designated “non-smoking” area, but it was painfully obvious the entire restaurant had been a smoking zone since the beginning of time. The staff was loud and obnoxious while hanging out at the counter with their friends and what seemed like other guests. The food wasn't fit for a dog owned by my worst enemy. The coffee was hot and good, but refills were hard to come by. This shack should be shut down.
