I was a huge fan of jack in the box, This location in particular during night shift is has gone far beyond what I would call terrible service. This photo is what was supposed to be a nacho chicken burger when I returned the staff had no explanation for why the white gunk that was supposed to be cheese is inside of a burgers that they serve. I have since returned to the location now a third time and have been refused service outright also with no explanation why only saying that they are closed or that system is down while seving still serving other customers. I will never return to another jack in the box but if you do go avoid this location.

It seems like they took two gender bathroom. Made one for both genders and one for the employees. I can see why the employees don’t want to use the same as the customers. Besides the restroom being fifthly, having and urinal the door doesn’t lock.

Taco's were good. You have to buy something to use their facilities. The lady behind the counter was nice

They give you the drinks 3/4 full and food taste weird. Not good at all.

They said they were closed at 1230 but says 2am. Just saw a car next to the window and they were talking. Had to drive backwards to get out.
