Fatburger & Buffalo's Express

The food is good, but they take forever. I ordered delivery and 1 hour and 20 minutes later they finally had the food done. I can't even blame the delivery driver, because he was waiting for about 30 minutes for the food to be done. It is similar experience in the store. Even with an empty store, expect to wait minimum 30 minutes.

Very BAD and shoddy customer service! DId I say VERY BAD customer service? Do NOT go here. I asked for water, jalapenos and peppers with my burger, and they forgot all 3. I noticed all 3 were missing after I got home. I was in a hurry. If they forgot one, it's ok, mistakes happen. But they don't care. I contacted their service helpline, they don't help out in ANYWAY, they say each Fatburger is independently owned and if the manager at a particular restaurant doesn't want to do anything, the only choice you have is to AVOID THIS PLACE at all costs. They don't care about customers. They don't get their order right. And they sell overpriced expensive burgers without any customer service! DON'T GO HERE! AVOID!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
