Great food, BUT if you are a delivery driver for Uber Eats or DoorDash, be ready to wait for your order if they have a full line of people because they WILL NOT give your order priority over the walk-in patrons despite you picking up an order for a customer who already PAYED, so yeah have lots of patience in the scenario or just get another order instead to save your time!

Edit 8/10/21- I've upped my review. Lately when going I've had much better service and my order has continually been correct. Every time I go and Charles (his name according to my receipt) is there, I've never had a problem. I don't know what changes while he is on shift but it works for me! I love Jersey Mike's but this store is not on par with other locations. When I do mobile orders they are almost always incorrect. When I go inside and order the staff always has multiple mistakes. I went in today and they tried to add things to my friends sandwich she didn't want and forgot stuff on mine. They put both orders together, not a big deal but we didn't want them on one order. The problem is that this store is LOUD. The workers have a hard time hearing and we can't hear them well either. It's like this every time we go in. The music is what is the problem because it wasn't even busy.

I work for the City and will be advising all of my co-workers not to visit this place on lunch break. As I entered, I was 1 of only 2 customers in the entire shop. There was a crew of 4 feverishly working on delivery orders. We stood there for at least 15 minutes before being acknowledged. My entire visit lasted 49 minutes!!! I only ordered 1 item and so did the Woman in front of me. If this place is solely concerned with revenue generated through InerEats, GrubHub etc, they should close the counter to the public and perform delivery services only. They sure behaved like that was their only concern. Bad, bad, bad customer service.
