The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced!!! My order was short yet they charged me for everything, I went in to the restaurant to show them what they had given me and the lady showed me a receipt that wasn’t even mine! I will dispute the charge with my bank and never will I go to that jack in the box! Definitely will never recommend that jack in the box!!!! I was a loyal customer for 2 years and that’s what I get for being loyal!!!

We ordered two breakfast tray but they didn't give us syrup the food was and the hash brown was crispy the food was good just no syrup

That's Jack in the box right there I don't know the manager's name but she was amazing my card won't work for me to buy food I got embarrassed she turned around and said don't worry I will take care of you for the food no matter what we will feed you and I don't live like that I'm so grateful for her I'm so grateful

Thai place has Great Customer service, I was attended by Cesar, this young man made my experience at this Jack amazing. Great attitude, goes the extra mile to ensure Great customer service. Great work.
