I order some pizza online (paid upfront) and they emailed me that they were going to call me in 10 minutes for confirmation. They did not. I called them more than 10 times within an hour and they did not answer. They called me after 70 minutes and asked whether if I still want to order. Apparently, they had a problem with their phone system. I said that I have already ordered from somewhere else. They said OK. I asked them to refund my money and they said that they will. They did not refund my money. I sent an email after two weeks, they did not answer. I disputed the transaction via AMEX and got my money back. This was just a horrible experience and waste of time.

I haven't been to this place, but I wanted to say what a horrible response to the one review. The business wouldn't answer the phone and didn't make the order. You have to give a refund. You don't deserve to be in business. That's the worst response I've read to any real customer complaint.

beware of the name 'halal' , they also sell pork and also claim halal menu. for owner you have all right to sell anything you want but please don't fool people by the name that doesn't belong to your all products.

The PHONE NUMBER DOESNT WORK AND YOU CANNOT ORDER ONLINE!!!! The flyers they sent say you can order online, but the WEBPAGE WILL NOT LET YOU!!!!
