We ordered through door-dash the good was really good but they didn’t put it he extra sauce we paid extra for, no utensils, napkins and they filled up my cup all the way up with ice and barely any drink, so service wasn’t great but food was

The customer service was top notch. The young lady took my order and she checked on me at my table multiple times. The food was awesome. The green beans with bacon were outstanding and the potato casserole was just like moms. All in all I will be back.

Their brisket is some of the best I've had. Surprisingly tasty and not dry. Great food from a "fast food" place. Also, if ordered from their website they pay the DoorDash fees

Had lunch here on a whim- never had bbq from here before and I was very pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food! This is a legit smokehouse experience- I had sausage with Mac and cheese and potato casserole and my partner had ribs and brisket. All three meat options tasted great! Not dry and well spiced with a great smokiness. Staff was super polite and attrntive to us while we were there- 10/10 will be back!

Fantastic food and accommodating staff. After some rough history with it's sister location I was wary of trying the canton restaurant.
I've eaten here three times since. The dining area was clean, the staff was friendly, and the food was delicious.
This barbecue place is well worth the money and has earned mutliple return visits.

Very happy to see Dickies open in Canton again! The new owners are a nice couple who know how to run a restaurant with past industry experience. 1st time back was last week and the employees were very kind. They even honored a coupon from previous ownership and in turn I bought more than expected. The pulled pork sandwich was huge and delicious. Took home a tasty coconut cream pie as well. Thank you all for such great service and I will definitely be back again.

Went to Dickies on my our way to go camping and I was so impressed by their service. I never leave reviews but this was so needed! It was clearly a busy Friday night and they appeared short on staff but both associates were so kind and calm! They took the time to make sure everything on our order was correct amidst the multiple walk-ins and pick up orders they were trying to manage the food was delicious and so worth it!

My brisket was very tender. I like my fries a bit crispier but that didn’t stop me from eating all of mine.

Don't let old reviews sway your decision! This location is under new ownership and everything was top notch. Service was fast and friendly and food was fresh, hot, and delicious! Will definitely be back.
