Pizza Hut

I walked in and was greeted by ms Tiffany with a great big smile and a positive and friendly attitude. She took my order with professionalism and a respectful manner. She made me feel like I was the most important thing in her life at that moment and made sure that all my needs were met. The rest of the crew were just as equally as great, they got my order out to me in a fast pace and never let me forget that they are there to take care of me I am so glad that I chose this pizza place to go to and it will be the only one I ever go to again. They entire crew made me feel as if I was apart of their family.

After waiting an hour for our food to be delivered, which we didn’t mind, we received cold soggy pizza, hard breadsticks and cinnamon sticks that were tough to chew and stuck to the box. They forgot an order of our boneless wings, and they also forgot all of our dipping sauces. When I called the store, they put me on hold to see if the driver can come back. I eventually hung up after being on hold for 15 minutes. The driver never came back. I then called again and the girl that answered the phone said the manager was unable to speak with me and she would relay a message. I told her to credit me back the cost for the boneless wings and dipping sauces. She said she would relay the message. I don’t expect any credit. We will not be using Pizza Hut again and most certainly will not recommend Pizza Hut. We’ll be using Dominos moving forward.

First time ordering from this location. Moved to area a year ago. We were Papa John lovers! Tried the Papa John in Canton twice, very disappointed, so decided to try Pizza Hut. We were very pleased with the pizza and wings! Toppings, sauce and crust on pizza were perfect. Also, shocked they had wings, ordered the BBQ wings. They were very meaty and were delicious! Very pleased with first visit!
