Panda Express

I ordered early - right at 11AM. I'm almost positive the food was left over from the previous day. It didn't really seem fresh. The black pepper angus beef in particular was pretty rough. The staff was friendly and the service was fast. Normally the food is decent. I think that is broccoli in the picture.

The best run Panda Express that I have ever been to as either a driver or as a customer. Whoever runs this Panda Express should be very proud and should teach all other Panda Express owners how it should be done. That pickup process especially is the most efficient one I have seen so far. Thank you keep up the good work.

Food is good and warm, friendly staff. Édit: my previous was review was 5 stars, got it down to 3. I know it’s covid19 and I’m not talking about the online or outdoor orders only. The food quantity is becoming a joke. Got a bowl the 3 last times, and never had that little food in that bowl. I won’t try again anytime soon. Food is still great, but start to get expensive for what you get.

Ordered through them for door dash and there was metal shards in my food. They made me come back to the store to bring the old food back and get new food. Eliminated the whole point of me spending extra money to get it delivered to my house. Didn’t do anything to make up for the extra money wasted. Very upset with this place and won’t be ordering again.

I love panda express but not a franchise. This particular panda express is horrible. The employees are extremely rude and disrespectful. Especially the manager. I asked for a bigger plate of beijing beef with orange chicken then i changed my mind and asked for just beijing beef i was cussed at and told no that the dish was already cooked and prepared (within 5 seconds of asking) and that she didnt want to have to put the food back which she did. I drove off and vowed never to eat at the riverstone panda express ever again..
