If I could give it less than one point I would. Absolutely 💯 percent horrible! The food was cold after I waited 10 minutes for four chicken nuggets. They had me wait even longer when I got to the window to pay. I literally drove off without my change because I was so tired of waiting. This was after I got my food . Get it together McDonalds! For real.

Had an issue with my order, food poorly made without all inclusions. Called and spoke to Mgr, Jamie. She was extremely courteous, understood, said breakfast should be even better when it's not breakfast time and made sure I was taken care of. Thanks a mil and a half Jamie for your beyond excellent service. The mistake was made, and remedied well! Others need to take note from Jamie!

Honestly the worst experience I've ever had at a McDonald's. I ordered a medium Big Mac Meal and was given a Big Mac so dry the bun crunched like a cracker. My lettuce even looked like it had been cooked... it looked like it had been made ahead and set under a heater or something.... and I had witnesses, before anyone says I'm making it up. I didnthave time to wait on another sandwich so I ate it, but I will be inspecting any further sandwiches in front of staff before I accept it in the future!

I’m not sure if the employees understand the anxiety it gives ppl when they ask if that’s it after EVERY ITEM you order. And especially to have a terrible attitude along with being rude. Yep seems like the perfect McDonald’s employee

So we pull up the lights are on at midnight and we go to the driveway everything is on but nothing happens. So we give up and driving outta there this guy looks at us and everything. So we call in and he denies the lights are on. Conclusion: turn the lights off when closed and make sure they're off.

So my boyfriend goes in to this McDonald's to pick up his check and the Manger said she thought it was Tuesday and by law she can't give me my check til Tuesday but atthe same time she gave another employee their check right in front of me this is the worst McDonald's in Canton if your smart and you love yourself don't eat from there unless you want to get sick as a dog and BTW I no longer work there. And make sure the employee making your sandwich changes gloves also.

before even going they hung up on me 4 different times, and It took four calls for them to answer one question. Like it’s really not hard to answer a simple question if the ice cream machine is up lol . They need someone else answering phones because one they had terrible comments skills and attitude, secondly they hung up on me 4 times .
