Busy store due to location. Always clean inside and friendly staff throughout the entire day and night. I m a Starbucks girl born and raised, but still never had a bad experience from any Dunkin!

Logan makes literally the best wake up wraps, perfectly cook, crisp bacon. Also tried the loaded hash browns they were perfect as well..sorry no pics my fat a$$ ate it too quick.😅

This Dunkin is inside a Mobil gas station but also has a drive-thru This gas station was clean and organized The gas is the same price as the Aplus down the road This Dunkin is $0.20 less expensive for my coffee here than in my local Dunkin

Wish they had sugar free options for syrups but the coffee is not bad. Breakfast croissant was good, pre cooked bacon but the egg seemed real. Service was friendly and fast amidst a short staff.

This is honestly the only Dunkin I still enjoy going to. Sue runs the place like a champ and the employees are always phenomenal. And the only complaints they get are them not doing things the Potsdam stores do. That, I know first hand is because Canton follows corporate standards and Potsdam is still trying to get on their feet and learn everything. So please, stop calling Canton employees "lazy" for simply following company instructions. They are FAR from lazy.

Fast, friendly service. Apple fritter was good. Only weird thing, my macchiato was room temp. Maybe they gave me the wrong one by mistake? 🤣

Not my favorite DD spot. Location kind of sucks, college town so other customers usually suck too and the employees have been let’s say C+ at best a few times. Foods on point though!

They messed up one item on my order, but stuff happens. The girl at the window was polite, but the wait was long. People should use the app.
