Glory Days Pizza

We were staying at Burn's RV park for the night and decided to order pizza. I kept trying to call (we wanted delivery) but kept getting a message to hold for the next representative. No one ever a answered. Luckily, we had a car with us, ordered online, and could drive to pick up the order. It was a super cute place! They had a wonderful salad bar. However, the salad wasn't an option on the online ordering. The staff were pleasant. The food was excellent. The pizza had LOTS if cheese and toppings. The fried pickles were delicious.

Excellent pizza! On my list of top 5 pizza places. We were here a year ago in April and it was great, and now, just as great this year. I appreciate consistency. The crust is perfectly crisp, they do not short you on toppings, and its extra cheesy. The cheesy bread has the perfect amount of garlic. This is a 5.5 hour drive for us, and its almost worth it just for this pizza.

I went for my sons FIRST birthday! An important event! We couldn't have the back room because it wasn't cleaned yet from the previous party & I was told that they would rather us do our party up front BUT, didn't want the kids running around (which is why I wanted the back room). I ordered specific pizzas, breadsticks, salad, etc. It was fine. When I went to order another pizza, the guy took my order, brought it out & it was wrong. I took it back up to the counter & they told me that they don't have that pizza, it's not Figaros. I said, "so I can't order a pizza & add extra toppings to it?" Especially when I did it before with the first pizzas. They looked at me as if I was crazy. So then the manager comes out, says they don't have time to remake a pizza, gave me my money back, took the pizza & walked away AS I was talking! We also had other customers berating us because our party was taking too long. First come first serve, that's what we were told by the establishment. We told them we weren't finished, yet they continued to ask us questions about our schedule then made snide comments about us when we refused to move. Almost $100 spent for poor customer service & poor treatment from other guests! I see I'm not the only person who has commented about poor customer service. This wasn't exactly the memory I wanted to make for my son's first birthday!
