Tim Hortons

Buffalo Airport Location. Waited in line for 25 minutes only to be told that they were not serving their breakfast menu yet, at 6:00 AM. When are you supposed to serve breakfast? Don't you think it would be a good idea to post a sign somewhere stating that you are not serving your breakfast menu in THE MORNING!! Extremely long line for NOTHING. Totally incompetent store management. Word to the wise- Queen City has a very short line and they do serve breakfast in the morning. I have learned my lesson, I will not be back.

TERRIBLE! Worst Tim Hortons location I have ever been to! I waited half an hour in line for a breakfast sandwich and when it was my turn in line I was told they just ran out of breakfast food, AT 6 IN THE MORNING! How does a Tim Hortons run out of breakfast food at 6 AM? The person in front of me ordered a breakfast sandwich and got it. The lady at the counter didn't seem to care either. Worst Tim Hortons location I have ever been to. I hope Tim Hortons revokes their franchise because it is not worthy of the Tim Hortons name. I come to Buffalo Airport frequently and this was the first, and last time I will EVER go to this Tim Hortons location again.

Poorest customer service ever. I ordered a doughnut and a coffee. Got my doughnut right away and waited 5 minutes for my coffee. She made my coffee and didn't stir it. I asked if she stirred it and I get a rude look and a "Oh you want it stirred?". Can't believe I had to answer that. Doughnut was wrong also. Apparently they don't know the difference between Boston and Bavarian cream. I'm guessing they don't care. 4 people that I can see and 3 standing around letting one make the coffees. Really need to access the people you hire Tim Hortons.... This airport location is dragging a good name through the mud. ..

This Tim Hortons is actually operated by Delaware North Corp. if any corporate people came here and saw the absolute joke of this operation they would pull the Tim Horton’s name off immediately. Countless times orders are wrong, staff stands around while people wait for food and drinks. One dude handled food, then punched the order on the register, then handled money all while wearing gloves. There is no managing staff around to see this cluster***.

Terrible experience here. The staff has zero sense of urgency, they text on their phones while there’s a long line, they talk badly about customers in front of customers and are just overall unfriendly. They barely had any selection available to choose from. I can’t believe the airport even allows them to stay open in this location.
