Old Chicago

Worst delivery order I have received. Placed order at 6:30. Order wasn't ready until 2 1/2 hours later. Pizza was overcooked and cold. Cheesecake were plain, missing the "Fresh Berries" Drinks never made it. Door Dash issued a full refund due to the poor quality. Will not eat or order from there in the future.

I paid almost $50 to have this show up at my door. The fact that this even left the restaurant with anyone on the staff thinking it was an acceptable pizza says it all. Management like this should not be rewarded with business. One picture shows what it’s supposed to look like and the other is what showed up.

This Old Chicago used to be our go to place. I'm not entirely sure if it is because of COVID, understaffing or them just straight up not caring but it has gone down hill big time. We ordered online to go last night and our food was awful. It stated it was going to be ready at 6:28 pm, when we arrived they noticed that they forgot to put our pizza in the oven. It wasn't ready for another 35-40 minutes. By the time we got home with our food, everything else was cold and stale. The Italian Nachos were burnt and had little to no cheese and toppings and came with no spicy marinara. The Chicago Fire Calzone had buffalo sauce in it, when has it ever come with buffalo sauce? Even the menu doesn't mention it. The pizza we waited forever for was average at best. I sympathize as I've worked in the industry and understand the struggle but this is probably the 3rd time in a row we have come here and it has been absolute garbage. I guess it is time to stop giving them a chance and take our money elsewhere.

Worse customer service I have ever had in my life. We were there for an hour and never got our food. We asked for a manager 2 times before one came out to speak to me. Manager was Ashley and when I explained that I had to leave and wanted to pay for our drinks because I had to be somewhere for my sons dance recital she simply walked off and got the waiter. 5 minutes later I was charges full price for a meal my family and I never received. They stole $72.49 from my family. When I called to speak to a General Manager good Ole Ashley told me there wasn't one available until Wednesday (This took place on a Friday) she was very rude and said I would have had my food in 10 minutes if I had not left. Keep in mind I told her and our horrible waiter Brian3 times that we had somewhere we had to be and could not wait. She then told me to look on the website for a phone number to the corporate office when I asked for the number. When I told her it was the worse customer service I ever had experienced she hing up on me. These people should jot work in the service industry.

I have been a customer over 6 years and I see that OLD CHICAGO is very neat and clean. The bathroom is super clean and smells good. I really like the beer and the atmosphere. I wish old Chicago had live music this summer. Keep up the good work crew you are doing a fantastic job!😀my family loves pizza and I love 🍺

Service was horrible. Order was suppoaed to be ready at 6:29. Placed order at 5:50. Wasnt ready until almost 7. Went in waited 10 minutes for them to say the foods been ready but waiting on the mac and chesse. Which i never got. It doesnt taken over an hr to make mac and chesse 🤦🏻‍♀️ They also forgot my sons chocolate milk, and a calzone. The buffalo chicken rolls were dry and looked horrible. When i called all i got from the to go staff was "Ill take your name and number and my manager will get back to you when he can". When we picked the calzone up the rolls were cold and the fire calzone was extremely salty and oily. I used to be a cook there so I am well aware how the food should look and taste. This place has gone severly down hill.
