Chicken Now

I eat at Chicken Now in the mall often and have ALWAYS been happy! The chicken is AMAZING! It's as close to chick-fil-a as anywhere else I've ever been! The Mac n cheese is so yummy, and the corn is my favorite!!!! So sweet and yummy!!! I am surprised the reviews are low. It has always impressed me. When I have wanted a change in my order the employees have always been kind to me and exchanged or replaced my order. I think it is about perspective...of you look positively it as will be a positive experience!!!!

Caveat: my experience was the Saturday before Christmas. While they seemed to be understaffed, there were no apologies or mention of why. Took quite a while to get food. Texas toast was not toasted much at all. Menu is not clear as to what was included in a meal or combo. Chicken strips were tasty for sure.

To who Kiki Chom is I would like to say that I was in line behind you and your story is a lie. Yes there was a problem with your food but the lady that was working was incredibly nice to you. She gave you a refund right away and apologized many times. They had great customer service and handled the problem right away. It wasn't their fault that there was a problem so there was no reason to say mean things about them. I eat at Chicken Now all the time and will continue to because their food is great and they have the best customer service.

I was going to eat there was looking at the menu and asked if I could have a water the woman was extremely rude to me and told me that a cheap styrofoam tiny cup would be $0.50 and gave me an ugly look. all I had to do was go right next door to the Mediterranean Cafe where they were very pleasant and gave me a cup and told me that they are very rude to everyone.
