Subway

They are the slowest place I’ve ever been to. There could be 1 or 2 people in line it it take over 20 minutes to get my food, not kidding. Instead of asking what I wanted, I was asked “What’s happening here?”. The first time I didn’t know what she meant for a second. The next time they said it I almost burst out laughing. They barely put anything on your sandwich either. When I asked for olives on it they put barely 5. One time they didn’t even have enough change and they had to get out a safe and this whole ordeal took 10-15 minutes. If they were better I would go to this place all the time, it would be super convienient for me. Now I just go to Jimmy Johns, it tastes better anyway and it’s freaky fast.

Disappointed in this location since I started going a few years ago. The past two times I've been even more disappointed to the point of not going to this location again. The person working on this most recent visit had a hard time scooping out the tuna so I didnt get enough to cover the sandwich. Portions are standardized so I know it's less than what I should be getting and do get at other locations. I've received sandwiches with no toppings on part of the sandwich and on another occasion sandwiches that arent wrapped completely and part of the sandwich sticking out. I wont be going back and recommend going to a different Subway.

Went to get subs from this location last night at 7pm & they had already closed. Supposed to be open until 9pm. Ended up going to a different location, which was out of the way. Called the store just now & the "acting manager" told me that the manager told them to close early last night since they had nobody scheduled to work until close. Nice.

Went there for dinner tonight. The Open sign wasn’t on and it was 7 PM. The girl working was rude to my daughter. The place was a mess. She kept on saying that they were out of stuff. I’m sure if the health department showed up it would be shut down. Never again. Jimmy John’s or Jersey Mike’s from now on.

Only last Sunday this store as out of meatballs Today they were out of ham AND out of parm cheese. How many sandwiches have ham on them?? And out of parm cheese? The Safeway is right next door and has tons! Employees didn't seem to care about my disappointment. To add insult to injury, I got charged for (2) footlongs and 2 bags of chips when I got (2) 6-inch subs and only one bag of chips. While eating my sandwich at home, your "Make it what you want" commercial came on tv. It's more like" "make it whatever the heck we happen to have today". Very unhappy with this franchise right now. I'm not sure if I'll ever return.
