So My child called for a delivery and asked the price to be broken down to him to clarify that we were on the same page. An employee began to yell over the phone so my son asked her why was she yelling at him. And then she hung up the phone. I called the store and said hello I just placed an order for delivery and I want to confirm and make sure it’s right n also find out why you hung up on my son. She replied you don’t listen you don’t listen I said it 3 times (yelling at me) I said excuse me I’m just trying to make sure this is correct I am a customer you shouldn’t speak to me in this nature. Her response was your no customer of mine. And then proceeded to say she doesn’t need my address support (to say it in a better way)-project customers…. I WOULD NEVER Go back to them. Because I definitely have been a customer for the 3 years I’ve lived here. I feel very disrespected

3 stars because when I ordered here the last time I got screamed at and hung up on because the lady there didn't understand that I wanted a large order and small order of fries with chicken wings. I never had a issue until that day.. Like that was not necessary, unprofessional, and mean. I liked eating here. The food is good. You should treat your customers more nicer even in frustration. I could understand if I wss cursing or something but to hang up because you can't comprehend something someone said is petty.

The food here is good. To me its the best of its kind in the neighborhood out of the 3 I had so I only order from here. I like the egg foo yung, Their broccoli is always cooked just right. Recently tried the honey BBQ chicken and it is good but a tad to sweet so I prefer the chicken on the side and not in the same tray as the rice that way I can limit how much sauce goes on the rice.
