I was completely impressed with their professionalism and customer service. The ambiance here is always inviting and comfortable.This is my go to place for lunch the best! Their staff is not only friendly but also highly skilled alone with their customer service Tim the manager is a great leader!! also product quality is consistently outstanding, exceeding my expectations every time. I highly recommend CAVA!

Today I stepped into the Cava located in downtown Brooklyn. I was having an off day and the staff really changed that for me quickly . With their bright smiles and positive attitudes. Very up lifting from the moment they said hello. Three team members stood out the most to me , for they were the friendliest. So friendly I felt l needed to share how incredible they are. Tj, Iona, and Ericka. Those three were literally the nicest. They ensured I understood the menu, they offered samples and even made fresh food in front of me to ensure I was getting the highest of quality. It was a great experience and for that, I shall return in hopes of another run in with those three amazing employees. Good job with those three Cava !

Amazing fast casual meal! Had the lettuce mix with saffron basmati rice, tons of veggie toppings (roasted brussel sprouts and cauliflower!) and the Greek vinaigrette. This was such a good and healthy meal and refreshing after eating out a ton while on vacation. The bowl was packed to the brim and was easily more than 1 portion. Highly recommend eating here if you’re out and about and want a clean meal.

I come almost every day to have lunch at this place because the service is quick and I have to say that is so delicious, fresh and also the prices are amazing for the food quality and the portions! The workers are very friendly, I would like to say that TJ specially is one of the nicest and friendly workers at this place, always very kind and attentive, thank you so much for such a great service every day! More places should have wonderful workers like you.
