Great place to grab a glass or bottle of wine with friends, even on the weekend. Getting a table around 5pm on a Saturday was no problem and the staff immediately helped us find a table to accommodate our growing group size. Loved the meatballs, before I found out there was veal inside (just a personal preference to not eat it) but the sauce was fantastic. The cheese boards are huge and just delicious. They also have a loyalty card, if you desire

This cute wine bar is one of our favorites in Brooklyn. When we see a Saturday night concert or Nets game, we love to come here after to unwind over a glass of wine.

Fabulous daily happy hour from 5-7pm, where you can find great wines at a steal of a price. Most are $7, or there are sherries for $2.50 (!!) or muscat at $4.50. There are several specials - a fried appetizer of the day or the bruschetta of the day, both only $4 each. If you're lucky, the bruschetta will involve their amazing ricotta.

This is a really great wine bar with an extensive but not overwhelming selection. It's on the expensive side, but worth it, because the folks behind the bar will listen to what you normally like and then offer you a taste of a few different things, helping you to find something just right. If you're in the mood for only few glasses of wine and want to make them count, this is place. They have a selection of beer and drinks so everyone can come along, too. The small plates are elegant and interesting (I'm nuts for the bone marrow bruschetta!)

Excellent and easy. Nice low key wine bar with tasty food and enticing happy hour specials. (Beer and hard cider also served).

Comfort food, please. If you're craving something warm and cheesy, this is the spot to go. Especially if you like wine. It's comfortable and cozy, and not the least bit pretentious. It's a fun date spot to share a bottle and cheese plate.
