Outback Steakhouse

I’m not one to usually leave reviews but with the service I received the other day, I felt compelled! Big shoutout to my server, Kayla, she made sure my family and I were satisfied beyond measures. She was so patient with us, and had such positive energy the entire time. The food wasn’t the best, but I feel like Kayla’s excellent customer service made up for it all!

Server Chris was amazing. He was very attentive to my tables needs. Was very knowledgeable of the menu, and answered all questions that we had. Provided the perfect experience you would hope for from a food service representative. The only reason the food received 4 stars was due to one of the desserts being very very bland for a high sugar based dessert.

I absolutely loved my experience at Outback. The food is really nice. Much love to the cooking staff. But a great part of that wonderful experience is due to an incredible server named Giselle!! She is so great at what she does. She is very professional at all times. She is very attentive to her customers. She always makes me feel right at home. She makes sure that I have all that I need as far the meal goes. She has a very positive energy about her that is very infectious. She is a very beautiful woman. That beauty is further magnified by the beauty that is inside of her. It is for all these reasons why Giselle is my favorite server. In my opinion, not only should Giselle be given a healthy raise but should be given a promotion as well. I would say have Giselle become a manager. Giselle represents the most positive Outback Steakhouse experience around!!!

Chris is a phenomenal server! He suggested our appetizers, Our main course even our dessert && everything was amazing! He was very attentive && made sure everything was good. Made us feel like home! Most definitely coming back. Thank you, Chris.!!!! Anybody wanna go to outback and have a great service w a great experience ask for Chris!

Our host for the evening Emma did a fantastic job of explaining the different food choices and letting us know of any food considerations beforehand. It was refreshing to have someone that cared that much. The food was great and for the price a great serving portion. Everything from the bacon cheese fries to the Caesar salad was fresh and tasted great.

Food was amazing and service was phenomenal. Our server Emma was amazing and did not fail to disappoint. We are extremely happy with the service. Very attentive. She made our experience pleasant from the moment we walked in. We had some trouble deciding what to order but she made some excellent recommendations.
