Review of Little Elm: Amazing culinary experience. 8 flavorful, inventive courses, perfectly prepared. Fois gras ravioli w/ chicken & celery infused consommé and white truffle one of the best dishes I've ever had. Wine pairing also excellent. Dark seductive ambience in hip Williamsburg setting was fun and not overly pretentious. Chefs extremely knowledgeable and engaging. Highly recommend.

Love this restaurant. I went the first time for my wedding anniversary, after make reservation I was informed that they were doing a private event, so I re-schedule because my wife's birthday is two weeks after. They cater us for the inconvenience with a great dessert and a glass of wine. The food is delicious, fish and chips, the burger, duck are excellent. The ambiance is perfect for a romantic dinner and also for a celebration.

I've so missed Paul Liebrandt's artistry at Corton and we were not disappointed at The Elm tonight. All of the dishes had the finesse and attention to detail that we love. I hate to sound snobbish, but I think many of the negative reviewers have expectations that are misaligned with this chef and his new playground. We throughly enjoyed each bite and will venture out again from Lower Manhattan to Williamsburg again. So much fun.

Amazing food and wine. Beautiful space. The vegetable "pot" is amazing. I've been here twice now (not as easy reservation) and both times left very happy.

First and foremost, for all the mainstream reviews' fawning, it must be said that if you intend to eat here and approach something resembling a meal, it will be exorbitantly expensive. That said, the culinary skill on display will very nearly make you forget it. Mr. Liebrandt came into his own confounding critics at Corton, dazzling them with absurdist interpretations of rarefied French dishes and disappointing them with overwrought and over-salted riffs on classics. At the Elm, he leaves even himself behind. You may come and leave hungry, but your senses will have been sated.
