Very sexy and eclectic atmosphere. The decor and wall paintings are beautiful. Cool music too. Seems to be a popular spot in Cobble Hill so there was a bit of a wait even with a reservation. Service was prompt and very attentive and personable staff. Pineapple rice (served in an actual pineapple), curry puff and spring rolls all delish. The icing on the cake was the St. Germain margarita. Will definitely be returning.
I wanted to try everything on the menu! Seriously, all the food looked amazing, and everything we ate was fantastic. The vibe was friendly and accommodating (I rolled in with a double stroller), but still casually classy. The wait staff was attentive. The owner/manager even came out to make sure our order was correct (we subbed sticky rice for the toddler… to much delight).
I had an amazing time at Lemongrass Brooklyn Restaurant. It’s been my second time being there and it’s always great. The food was absolutely delicious, and the cocktails were top-notch! Every bite and sip was a burst of flavor and a delight for the senses. The service and the ambiance were also great. They are really caring and gentle. This restaurant knows how to create a memorable dining experience.

Came here today for lunch to celebrate my mom’s birthday. There was little wait time before we were seated and we were given plenty of time to decide on what to get. Not only is the restaurant cozy and cute, but the servers were patient to answer our questions and give recommendations. We got lunch specials that we found on their website menu and the food was not only largely portioned (rare find for the price nowadays) with a good balance of salad vegetables and meat, but was also delicious. This is the first Thai restaurant where I did not find the noodles to be just sweet, there is a nice lemongrass flavor. Overall, the lunch specials were very worth it and recommended!
Edit: After discovering that it is my mom’s birthday, the restaurant even added candles to the fried ice cream dessert we got and the crew all came to sing a happy birthday song for my mom while serving the ice cream. What great service! I’ve only seen this kind of scene in dramas so it was really cool for both me and my mom. This definitely made our day! Thank you for the fantastic and meticulous service and hospitality!
Lemongrass Brooklyn was such a beautiful dining experience, with both the decor in the interior and the dishes! We loved our meal, everything was flavorful and fresh. We were particularly impressed by how beautifully each dish/drink was prepared, down to the details that even when they were beautiful for the camera but still delicious. In this mid-December dinning experience, we were cozy and warmth from the tropical decor and species that lemongrass has to offer!
We got Chicken Satay, crispy golden wonton, chicken pad thai, chicken green curry & lava cake
The presentation of the food was great. As was the service. The drinks were nice. Some of the food was very mediocre (ribs, beef in green curry). The green curry itself was great. Best I have had since Thailand. The fried ice cream is phenomenal. The crust is a lot thicker than what I am accustomed to; more closely associated to a beef Wellington crust. Try the crust, ice cream and cream in each bite!
Review from 2 days ago. 10/10 across the board. the vibes here are amazing this was my family's first time here it will not be the last , I'm flabbergasted I mean hands up and down worth it the watermelon drink needs a pineapple and cherry. The sauce for the beef needs to go on everything it's heavily. There are vegan options something for everyone. I was blown away from start to finish. All of us where. Nothing to say but thank you the may the ancestors bless you heavy.. The service charge is deep tho. It is very expensive. Keep in mind this is a very small with outside seating.

Ordered the tofu Tom Kha super warming when the weather is cold outside. This place is very accommodating, fried ice cream is very pretty. I Would definitely come back to try other items on the menu.
I had such a great time at @lemongrassbrooklyn enjoying their yummy food, beautiful and extravagant presentation, and friendly service!
All of their food is presented to be so colorful and fun, but they definitely did not slack on the flavors. Everything from the huge watermelon cocktail to the fried rice in a cut pineapple was delicious.
Needless to say, getting an over the top cocktail to share is a must! My other favorites were the beef salad (the seasoning is so Thai!) and the fried rice. Love that I can choose my own protein and make it a bit more customized.
Bummed that they were out of their fried ice cream, but would want to go back with friends in the future to try more!
I had dinner last night at Lemongrass and it was delicious (as were the cocktails!) . They had an array of choices on their menu from meat to seafood options. The staff is also friendly and knowledgeable. For appetizers we ordered the crab rangoon & shrimp roll, our main courses included shrimp woosen & pad see ew. For dessert we had a chocolate lava cake with vanilla ice cream and it was great ! I'll be coming back ! 🍨
