We celebrated our mom's surprise 65th party (1920's theme) and Jimmy plus staff were amazing. They were with us each step of the way, making the night unforgettable--the food and service is great.

Last night I threw a surprise birthday party for my husband at the Villa Barone Trattoria, 3289 Westchester Ave., owned & operated by Jimmy Bianchini. This was my first time planning a big party & was a nervous wreck. Jimmy went out of his way to make sure everything ran smoothly; he was so patient with me & I was so appreciative. The private room which has been recently renovated with crystal chandeliers was just beautiful and the food and service was outstanding..No complaints here!

I ate at the Villa Barone pizza shop next door to the main dining room and was just as impressed with the service and deliciousness of the food. Very clean and organized spot. The staff is very friendly and seems to have been working there for generations. Very comfortable to eat in or order takeout. I ordered a special of the day Pappardelle with a Orange Marinara and green peas with a Caesar salad and a fountain lemonade. Everything was full of flavor and tasted fresh. A healthy serving that left me full. Couldn't ask for more really. Thanks a lot

Hands down best sicilian pizza you can get in the Bronx/City Island/New Rochelle area. HIGHLY recommend stopping by if you're in the area for a bus or train transfer. Delivery is an option within the set range (unfortunately no delivery to City Island) but takeout runs until midnight. Friendly staff rounds off the experience.

I love going to this restaurant for family occasions if I could afford it myself I'd have a whole bunch of occasions there just to be able to eat their delicious cuisine. My sister had her son's baby shower there and the food was delicious as always and we all over ate and the others drank too much, I don't drink but I enjoyed the soda they offered. When somebody invites me to an event at Villa barone I always go because I enjoyed the food and the service is good to the staff is very friendly I have yet to be disappointed as I have been going there for over 30 years.

They have the best tiramisu dessert that I have eaten. I eat out regularly in Manhattan and whenever I go to an Italian restaurant I order tiramisu and compare it to Villa Barone’s. In seven years I have not found one I like as much.

Great location right by the pelham bay train station. They serve delicious classic Italian cuisine. The service was good, our waiter was on top of everything and our order came out promptly. Reservation was not necessary. We ordered the fried calamari, spaghetti carbonara with shrimp, and penne a la vodka absolutely no complaints. The food was on point.

Great place all around . From owner to staff..take out the veal parmigiana hero it’s slamming!! Great benefit to moving blocks away. As an Italian American. If to lazy to cook I got my Italian food just 2 blocks from home ..thank God
