I have loved Taste of India for quite some time now, but today that love required leaving a review. My favorite dish is the butter chicken, but recently, I haven't been a fan of chicken. To my delight, there were absolutely not issues with requesting a replacement of chickpeas for the chicken in my favorite sauce! This place is the best.
Also, their service is amazing, their naan is my favorite of any Indian restaurant, and I have failed to find a dish I didn't thoroughly enjoy. I don't know what I'll do if we ever move away from Bloomington!
Amazing! I love their lunch buffet (as well as regular dining) and love how they always have vegetarian options!
Taste of India is always a great place to eat. I have had the butter chicken, chicken tikka masala, samosa chaat, and now tandoori mixed grill and all are fantastic. The curries are all excellent but if you are looking for something else I recommend the tandoori mixed grill. The meats are all cooked perfectly and it comes with a delicious sauce on the side. Always get the garlic naan!
I was told about this Indian restaurant the moment I checked into my hotel. It took me a few days to make it over there while attending a business conference but the wait was worth it. Wow this restaurant is fabulous. Everything we ate was delicious from the appetizer assortment platter to our dinner! It was all well made and delicious. We even got dessert that was perfect.
Taste of India is truly tasty. The portions are large. The food is package very well in the takeout/delivery orders so they don't spill and you get the best experience at home. The food overall is tasty as mentioned above and there is variety of dishes from all around India. Highly recommended and one of the best Indian food places in Bloomington.
My first experience with Indian cuisine. Very delicious. I feel hungry just thinking about it. My daughter and her roommate guided me. A 3 was good. I think a 5 would be the spiciest I could tolerate.
doesn't matter if you are there for lunch or there to carry out dinner, always so friendly and professional. half the time from the other places things are packed haphazardly. these guys take the time to pack so it actually makes him home edible! great outdoor seating. `bout add good as it gets here!
The buffet is back!!! Everything is very tasty. $13 cash per person plus tips. Worth it!!
Yesterday was our first time visiting Taste of India in person. But we've ordered it for delivery many times. It's always delicious and there place is nice inside. There's always a ton of food. 10/10 would try again.
