This is my favorite steak and shake in this fine City good food and good service. This location has elevated their game in both quality and service along with presentation shouts out to Joshua always love coming here with my brother and nephews appreciate all of you guys

It was squeaky clean when we arrived at 11 on a Wednesday!

This steak and shake was good but had an odd atmosphere. Kiosks instead of someone taking your order. No menus to look at, paper ones or on the wall. I have two older disabled parents that cannot stand at the kiosk and with no menu, they did not know what to order. I had to yell across the restaurant to tell them what there was to eat and order what they wanted. The tables were bare with no condiments on them. Again the food was fine but the atmosphere was very cold and desolate. There defiantly should still be someone there to take the orders and there should be menus available to look at.

I was very happy that my son and I were actually able to go inside the restaurant to eat. Many times fast food restaurants are short handed and only have drive thru available. I had an offer to redeem online or thru the app but it couldn't be processed during checkout. By being able to go inside the restaurant, I was able to complete the order at their mobile station and take advantage of the offer which was about to expire

My granddaughter and I had lunch at Steak and Shake yesterday. One of the flavors on the pop machine was out. I told the man behind the counter and he fixed it immediately and then let me know it was working. Great customer service!! Food was excellent!

It's fun to stop in on our way through to Florida on our family vacation. The shakes are incredible and super big. The fries are yummy and you get alot!

It was very good food but the only reason I am not rating it 5 stars was I waited about half an hour to revive my milkshake which was inconvenient. Just in case you want to know it was not busy.
