A laid back environment that is comfortable and yet has great service, coffee and food! Even if the place is busy, you are served quickly. I enjoy having coffee and breakfast in the weekend but I also stop on my way to work.
Looooove this place. They’re open hell or high water and have the friendliest staff. Very cool, laid back atmosphere. Free books and fun board games for patrons to use. I choose them over Starbucks any day.

I got the house-made vanilla latte, and it was delicious. Eclectic, unique atmosphere. Certainly worth a try!

I have been studying her for the past two weeks, and how the employees treat the customers with empathy and respect is incredible. I watched them serve an elderly man with parkinson's, and they treated him so well that you would have thought that he was their own relative. This place reminds of Cheers...but they serve coffee not alcohol...
Crestwood Coffee Shop is a lovely coffee shop with some really tasty food that's also homemade to boot. I suggest giving it a try as they have a really good selection of coffees, teas, sandwiches, baked goods, and a minor selection of soups.
Jason is currently one of the baristas working here and he's a really sweet, chill and friendly dude. I love the guy; he's just so easy to talk to. All the guys really look out for their community in Crestwood, so it isn't just him on board. They're all sweethearts.
The atmosphere is also chill, but it does also have it's lively moments. It's has some really cute décor; it's completely outlined with plants, knickknacks, and lights. It's kind of like a second home.
It's a regular visit currently and hopefully for days to come. I can't recommend it enough. They make me feel better on some of my down days.
Super friendly and down to earth. Baristas were helpful. Coffee was great. Tea selection was a bit sparse, but no big deal. There were plenty of kid friendly beverage options too. I loved all the plants in the shop!

Love Crestwood Coffee; it’s really nice to have a local place to relax and enjoy delicious drinks and even better food. Crestwood Coffee is a great place to take friends or family from out of town or simply have a coffee and relax in the casual and calm environment they’ve created. Excellent service and friendly, personable atmosphere. You’ll find people from all walks of life and of all ages at Crestwood Coffee.
The only thing not operating and functioning productively at the moment is their phone number. The number hasn’t worked for some time now, so if you’re calling to order ahead of time or wanting to pick up your order, unfortunately, that is not an option at the moment.
Crestwood Coffee is a wonderful local establishment. They’ve been a light to have in the Bham community, and they’re serious about responsible and safe business practice. If you’ve ever wanted to make sure your dollars go to an establishment that takes their community impact seriously, this is the place to go.
