Taco John's

Honestly, this is a very poorly run restaurant. It always takes way too long. Today I went there and ordered 2 meals and they gave me no oles which they charged me for two. The lobby was closed and I proceeded to go through the drive thru they said, “we’ll get you them”. But instead of taking them out the front door so I could get back on time and not have to wait in line they made me wait in the line. But wait, it gets better, I get there show them my receipt and then they had to get a manager, the manager talked to me and they had to cook more as well. So not only did they waste more of my time but they wasted a bunch of the other customers time. Yes they did make it right, but, I felt they handled it poorly and caused me to be late. I will never go here again and this incident was the last straw.

We ordered nacho cheese just for the containers not to be filled half way up. After being disappointed we saw they forgot our chicken taco so we went back just to end up with a steak taco. Our pops tasted really horrible. Potato ole's weren't seasoned after asking for extra season. Then our food was cold I don't eat out much so this was very disappointing will not be going to this location again

Upon arriving at this establishment I noticed no exterior lights on and the drive thru menu was not lit either so we checked the hours on the door which reflected open until 11 :00 PM. We decided to order at the drive thru around 9:15 PM and were greeted by a very rude male (pictured) and he would not let me finish my order and continously kept repeating "is that it? what?" and to top it off he messed up a very simple order. I pulled up to the window and was greeted by a very nice woman who was very polite and helpful. I let her know that I asked for an extra order of potato oles but the guy did not relay that so she offered me an option to make the oles large size for an extra dollar or add one order at full price so we opted for the one dollar upsize. The rude male then looked at me, scowled then rolled his eyes. I can understand having a bad shift but if that is the case then he should not be working with the public. If you see this male employee in the pictures I would suggest going some place else or avoiding this location.
