Favorite place to take out dinner. They have both an Indian and American kitchen and can combine styles. Great lunchtime buffet, and wonderful vegetarian options. Grilled vegetable salad with chicken kabob is my favorite. The canned peas and carrots are odd but the fresh grilled asparagus, carrots, and marinated mushrooms take this to a new level! So sad to say this place has CLOSED for business and replaced by a great pizza place. Not quite the same but just an fyi.
Yum yum!! First time having Indian food, and the staff was so helpful answering questions and helping us along. The Indian food was FANTASTIC. The spices, flavors, sauces, etc...just absolutely fantastic. I can't wait to come back so I can try the rest of the Indian menu. Highly recommend!!!
We have gotten their delivery once and today stopped in for their Indian buffet. It was amazing! A huge selection, with fresh soft, crispy naan brought right to your table. The tandoori chicken looked to be butchered right in the restaurant, and was so tender and moist. Fresh made dosa, great samosa, and a salad bar as well. Canned sodas as well as bottled water and mango lassi were included in the buffet as well and we're available on a help yourself basis. The space is a bit tight with all the buffet tables, but the restaurant itself is clean and the fireplace gives the area with booths a nice cozy atmosphere.
We'll definitely be returning for the buffet during the week!
Shaan's is a great lunch stop. They've added an Indian buffet, which is very good, and has a couple non-Indian options on it as well. My go-to there is the Chicken Caesar Wrap (but I have them add hot sauce to it, delicious combo), wrap comes packed with chicken and other toppings, you definitely get your money's worth.
My fiancee and I have been to Shaan's a few times and the food and service are always excellent! Today, we went to the grand opening of the special buffet and I swear that they stepped up their game even further for this! The dosa were fantastic! Some other favorites were the samosa and pakora, potato curry, and coconut chicken curry. The staff are very friendly and helpful. You simply can't ask for a better experience! Keep up the good work!
Amazing. Food is fresh, I've only had American food here and its always awesome. I went on a recommendation of a friend. Now its my number one for subs and sandwiches. They have so much more amazing food that I've seen , but that's all I've had so far. Shaans style chicken sub is epic!

Their lunch buffet is about $16, which sounds steep, but it's actually reasonable, once you know what you're getting.
Though I'm not sure if it's the "biggest indian buffet in New England" like they claim, it is indeed bigger than any buffets I've seen in the area. Also, you get an assortment of drinks included in your purchase - there was unlimited soda, bottled water, tea, and MANGO LASSI. There was also plenty of protein, and the goat meat was quite good.
Also, their Tamarind sauce is on point. In the last couple years, I've seen some other indian buffets "cheap out" and their Tamarind sauces taste terrible now. But these guys have good Tamarind sauce.
Staff is friendly too.
