Dunkin'

I never leave reviews, but this time I will make an exception. I tried to give the place a chance. I really did. But today is the straw that broke the camels back. And I will never be coming back to this location ever again. I have been going to this dunks since before their renovation. Since the addition of a drive through, the new staff has consistently either messed up my order or given me someone else's Coffee. Shame on me for not realizing it until I had already left the premises, but shouldn't they get it right the first time?! And it's not justvthe drive through that's the problem. Going inside the building, the staff seem to joke around and not even acknowledge the people in line. They just go about their business, joking around yelling back and forth with each other. No "hi I'll be right with you" or "sorry for the wait" just "what can I get you?" With a personality that shows they really don't care to be employed there. Today I ordered my regular coffee it's not a complicated order. It's a medium French vanilla iced extra extra. The woman on the headset SCOFFED at me and laughed as if I was being ridiculous ornover complicated. I've worked in customer service for 10+ years. Scoffing at a customer for a simple order is NEVER acceptable. Im sorry I'm patronizing your store. To make matters worse. My coffee was wrong. They gave me a caramel coffee. I guess ill go somewhere else where I'm actually appreciated.

New drive-thru at this Gas station - Dunkin Donuts. I was happy to go back and buy my coffee early in the morning due to new drive-thru. Couple times I have been to drive-thru and my coffee cup is dirty...either lid or cup or both lid and cup so dirty every time I have been to this new drive thru. I felt yuck... I do not want to drink this coffee. Especially during this covid - covid is not over yet... everyone be aware when you buy coffee or food at this place. IF you are concerned about your health then think about it.

I don't typically take the time to review places, especially a Dunkin's. I go into an early morning breakfast place with a certain level of expectations but this place is just terrible. I've been working in this area for two years now and I go out of my way to get breakfast and a coffee anywhere else. They did a good job with the renovation of the store and gas station, which you would think the investment would change the attitudes and efficiency of the store. The people have zero regard for time and it feels like they go out of their way to take as much time as possible to keep you waiting. The level of energy matches the attitudes and personality of the staff. There is one younger woman there who is personable and energetic but aside from her, that place ruins my day.

I've been here a few times and each time. They don't have ice coffee. How the heck do you not have ice coffee at a coffee place!? Since the remodel, this dunks has gone downhill. Which I never thought was possible. They need to fire the management and get new ones if they can't even keep ice coffee stocked up. No wonder their ratings are horrible. They don't even have a great staff. They're either lazy, rude, can't make a simple sandwich correctly or just plain dumb.

I just moved to the area and I have I have been to this Dunkin id1878 donuts 5 times And every single time I have been Here it has been Nonsense from the staff and Is a straight up catastrophe with my order.. You would think that One time Maybe 2 Times you get a bad Order but 5 times They can't make a coffee right they can't make a sandwich right they can't make a bagel right they can't make a bagel right and then they have the worst attitudes at the drive-through And leave you sitting there Waiting for your order like nobody is working in there And then when you give your order back to them They give you a hard time because they messed up the order And by the time you are frustrated with the whole thing You just want to leave. I have a very close friend whose family owns 20 Dunkin id1878 donuts So I have had experience with working with my friend's family and I have never ever seen a seen a location that is this twisted and Mismanaged that is that is absolutely the last time I would ever go there and I live literally A quarter of a mile A quarter of a mile
