Thank goodness a higher superior has finally put better management in place at this Wendys. It used to be that when you went inside, all employees were having a pizza party in the back of the counter and wouldn't wait on waiting customers. There's finally a manager in place that is making the employees work and do their jobs. Kudos to Wendy's for saving this store!

The dinning room was filthy. Ketchup all over the place, water on the floors in-front of the beverage station, ice was empty and machines looked like they haven’t been cleaned. Service was SLOW, it took me 10 minutes just to order. Cashier dropped my food on the floor and laughed and the manager just rolled his eyes at her. I had to ask twice for missing items. Manager helping make the food had no gloves on while handling the food. My food was cold and old. The bathrooms were equally as dirty, water and toilet paper all over the floor. I don’t know what is happening in that restaurant but it’s not good. Definitely will not be returning.

If I could rate this 0 stars I would've. I went in for a late snack around 7 after work and ordered chicken nuggets and a drink. I looked behind the counter, and as I saw nobody was wearing hair nets, nor gloves. The young lady on fries was holding the fry boxes and touching fries without proper gloves; with bare hands. I was also treated poorly at the counter when my order was taken, not in a polite manner and with attitude. Cleaning supplies were all over by food prep areas, and the dining room too was poorly kept. Would not be stopping by again, very disappointed.

Is it my fault that you run out of biscuits when they're on sale for a $1.. asked to accommodate a different bread since they're out of biscuits for the same price given a lot of attitude and told we won't be able to do this again in the future AGAIN not my fault that you run out of biscuits when they're on sale for a dollar!

The place was ok, they need to step-up on clean. We walking in the place and the first thing a man from the staff said was "Who let you in?" It was 10:00 Am in the morning and he was trying to explain that we don't have enough staff to keep indoor dining open. So we told them it's all good, we will make mobile order and pick up and leave. Manger said no because the "MOBLIE ORDER HAVE TO BE ONLY IN DRIVE THROUGH." Please someone from the staff explain and educate that man that mobile order can be pick up in store. It's not only for drive through. The man was so uneducated that he didn't even know thir store is showing open online. Only message I have for the GM is to hire people that can read and have high education then middle school.

They were pretty busy. sat on drive through for about 30 mins. Also you have to check your bag before you leave happened to me twice unless you want to comeback if they forgot to put your order in your bag..

This Wendy's is consistently the worst fast food restaurant I have ever encountered. The only reason they remain open is because of the never ending "first and only time" customers because of their location of I-78.

After waiting 5 min to place a drive thru order I received a chicken sandwich without a top bun. When I went on line to complain and filled out the full requested information I could not submit it; the app continued to request information that was clearly present. This chain needs help on all fronts.
Heading elsewhere in the future.
