The only reason I'm giving it 2 stars is because this is my first bad experience with this Primo location. I picked up my order, got home, unwrapped it, and said to myself, "this doesn't even look like a primo but late night wawa". To start, it isn't even the usual seeded Italian crusted bun that Primo is known for. What even is this that is holding my lunch? Then on top of that, it is completely smooshed down like someone crushed it. Second, the lunch meat is more sliced than the usual thin slice/chipped. Third, everything is soggy-the bun, the lettuce, etc, and the tomatoes are just thrown on top instead of being in the sandwich. It said on my online order I couldn't pick up until an hour away from when I was ordering. I arrived 8 minutes early and my order was already sitting there. So how long ago was my order made?! If I wasn't starving and had somewhere else to get to, I would have gotten back in my car, drove back and asked them to remake my order. This was nowhere near what a Primo hoagie is supposed to be and was not worth the price. I'm w to pay more money for better quality food, but today was nothing more than a gas stop hoagie and not worth what I paid. From other recent reviews, it seems this location has been having quality issues. Pictures included.

Bottom line: The food is pretty good. For the price point, I would have liked fresher bread. It was a little stale and hard. There is quite a bit of meat on the hoagie though. I'll be back, it's just a little pricey for what you get.

Ordered 2 sandwiches for delivery, and was missing one sandwich. Very disappointed, makes it seem like restaurant didn’t take the time to ensure order was complete before handing it off.

Just called was put on hold and was a good 10min and then they disconnected me. So now I been calling for 10 minutes now and line busy. I been in this place a few times. it need new management because there is no reason at all to wait up to a hours on a hoagie. I worked in a Italian restaurant with 4 cooks and this was like a pizzeria restaurant that on Monday would make 3 Thousand dollars on a Monday.Steak and hoagie Factory.. Doylestown 2 people around lunch time on Saturday do it there in 15 minuteswait. . Wish they were up here The food is So much better. but im going to have to order some where else. can't wait all night 😴
