Wonderful experience. First timers in Bethany Beach before baby and we needed to unwind and enjoy some good food. So glad we found this spot! Very impressed. Everyone from start to finish was super friendly and accommodating. The food didn’t disappoint, either! We happened to go at just the right time: the sunset was absolutely beautiful. Wine list is VERY IMPRESSIVE! I can’t stop thinking about that frisée salad. Wow. So delicious. Tater tots were surprisingly good baked oysters juicy and flavorful and the halibut was cooked to perfection 👏 … ended the night with some key lime pie! Yum. Thank you for a great experience and the grand finale to our stay in Bethany! Till next time - will DEFINITELY be coming back!

So glad we braved the estimated 1.5 hour wait to go to dinner here last night. Luckily for us, the wait was only 50 minutes and while we waited we were able to grab a drink from the bar and chat outside. The food was delicious, the service was good, the martinis were excellent. I would 10/10 come back!

Food was excellent. Had the Coconut Curry mussels and Salty Kiss oysters to start. My wife had the tuna entree and I had the fried oysters. My wife really loved the Tuna and my fried oysters were really good. Atmosphere was nice and our server was pleasant and attentive. My one complaint was that I called ahead and asked about sitting outside with a view of the bay. I was told that it was first come first served for the outside seating but it wasn't busy (2nd week of October) so it shouldn't be an issue. We arrived around 5pm and it was not busy. When I requested a bayside outdoor table the host said that bayside outdoor seating was only for private parties and the only outdoor seating they had was on the parking lot side which we were not interested in. We ended up seated inside which was ok but were disappointed as we were expecting a bayside dinner. I get that these are 1st world type of problems but it lead me to a 4.5 out of 5 star review. Would still highly recommend.

Went to Blue Coast Bethany Beach yesterday for happy hour. Our Server Michael M was outstanding he was informative and very attentive to our needs. The happy hour menu though limited was delicious and reasonably priced. Raw oysters then Caesar salad followed by shrimp dumplings and fried calamari all fresh all delicious. The restaurant is spotless and bright with nice decor. We arrived at 4pm get there early was quite full by 4:30. Sol Del never disappoints
