Have always loved Popeye's fried chicken sandwich. Then I heard that burger chef was voted #1. Couldn't wait to try it. Pictured for the chicken sandwich is a big fried chicken breast on a round bun. So disappointed to see our order was a pressed type chicken sandwich on a hoagie style bun and didn't come close to filling the bun. Very disappointed and was a waste of money. My husband felt the same way.

Drive-thru was fast and food was hot. Impossible Whopper is surprisingly pretty good considering it's not meat.

Normally I have no issues with this place but there has not been 2 separate occasions where the drive thru person has had me repeat my order back to them 3 times and they still mess it up. I absolutely hate onions and when I say I want my burger without onions, please do not allow an onion to even cross my burgers path because they have such a foul, invasive taste. Lesson learned to check food better at the window before leaving I guess

What is up with the rock hard biscuits lately? Never had anything except a nice fluffy biscuit until a couple weeks ago. Last 4 times I stopped for breakfast I couldn’t eat the biscuits. Took them back last week. Thought maybe a fluke but tried again this morning and threw the food away. Not going back.

A few weeks ago I pulled up 2 hours before close all lights were off and no one ever came to the window. Today I asked for a spicy chicken sandwich meal and hot chicken fries with Buffalo and ranch and no fries with the meal. Terrible every time and they don’t care to fix it

The very few times I come here, service is very slow. The food is always fine, but you’re going to wait a loooong time in line for your food. So don’t think you’re going to just run through here really quick.

5 cars ahead of me in the drive thru, and the Whopper was so cold that the cheese wouldn't melt. Very Sad experience

I dont understand how I ordered a big king no onions add bacon and I get some random burger with stuff that doesn't even come on it?! Understaffed or not it is no excuse for not being able to do the simplest job of reading a screen and making the sandwich as it's literally displayed on a laminated sheet that hangs over your food line. If your line cooks can't make the food they are paid to make then put them on a register or retrain them.
